I am devastated that items we took such good care of are now in terrible shape. A side table that was not emptied by them had been packed upside down, damaging items inside and now the drawer will not shut. You Move Me’s packers were expected to pack the contents of all cabinets before moving them, but failed to do so. Our new wood flooring was deeply scratched, a cabinet shelf was broken, our deck surface was scratched in multiple places, a door frame was damaged, both washer and dryer doors were scratched, our large antique mirror was shattered, collectors puzzle tins were dented and their contents mixed together inside of a cabinet. Items inside were bent and crumpled.Īlmost all fragile items inside boxes they packed were not secured or wrapped. The morning after the move, to my horror, I discovered the boxes were packed without care. I believe they packed like this to steal even more money from me, using as many boxes as possible regardless of my actual need. Some boxes had only one small item in them. Upon unpacking the next morning, I discovered that most of the boxes they charged me for were almost empty. You Move Me’s packing help involves crew members packing items into boxes and charging for each box supplied. I believe they did this intentionally and that I was scammed. You Move Me manipulated my entire moving process, causing my final bill to skyrocket. I never would have agreed to this job had I known it would have taken 12 hours. It ended up taking them a shocking 12 hours, and my bill was over 3k. It was estimated at 5-6 hours of service. I was shown an estimate on a phone belonging to one of the crew members, the morning of the move. If you want a moving company that does the job right (heck even COMPLETE), this is NOT the company for you. This is the company you will be hiring if you want a moving company that grossly underestimates time it takes to move, charges you for their miscalculations and does an incomplete job, this is the moving company for you. When my husband called the company to inform them of missed items and asked when they would be able to finish the job, he was told “Well, we’ve already lost so much money on this job, I don’t know if we can get anyone out there”. The following day, my husband went to our previous home and found many items that had not been moved see attached pictures. They were not finished until 1015pm and by that time, we just wanted them OUT of our house. On moving day, it took them 12.5 hours to move us out and in to our new home. The workers showed up 30 minutes late each day, packed the first day for 6 hours, charged us more than the quoted price with the explanation they did extra to ensure the move the following day was faster. What we received was a bill $1400 over quoted price and an incomplete job. We were quoted a price with the promise of one day to pack and one day to move.

It was by far the worst move I have ever experienced. God is a crazy good artist, and it shows. This must be a different company from all the positive reviews I have seen. The vibe of the song is so chill it reminded me of that happy feeling you get on a road trip, discovering new places and just reflecting on the beauty of nature. I think I had been always dreaming of shooting in the mountains of Alberta, and the idea of a girl journeying into this magical land by herself felt like the proper backdrop for this music video. Directed by Christopher Evans, the video perfectly translates the musical bliss to picture by showing a sole ice-skater (portrayed by Disney On Ice regular Kate Gibson) embracing the serenity of solitude.Ĭhristopher Evans: “For this video, I wanted to pitch something different that we haven’t really seen before.
